The purpose of this group is to discuss the following:
- Preparation and cooking of food associated with the Indian
sub-continent (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India,
Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka)
- Sources and use of ingredients.
- Sharing of recipes, cooking tips and practices.
- Sources and use of cooking apparatus and utensils.
- Discussion of restaurants which serve food associated with the
Indian sub-continent.
The above list is not exhaustive but messages to the group should be
relevant to food associated with the Indian sub-continent.
Recipes posted to this group are expected to be in the public domain.

Binaries & Formatting

etc.) is forbidden. A URL to such material on a web site may be
posted. Cryptographic signatures (e.g. PGP) may be used where
